About me: I'm a health nut who is *not* a fan of restriction or spending hours at the gym, but instead I'm all about ease and balance. Also I have a BSc in Economics and a MSc in Consumer Science, and am now a health coach, Stanford certified nutritionist, and licensed fitness trainer.
